Cradle to Cradle® (C2C for short) refers to the continuous cycle of materials and resources. Office
spaces which are built and fitted according to the Cradle to Cradle® Principle are sustainable and can
be easily recycled or repurposed in the circular economy. Spaces built according to the C2C Concept
are environmentally friendly and promote health. The building materials used are free from toxins
and help to purify the air. This in turn ensures an inspiring and productivity-enhancing atmosphere.
To illustrate the C2C Principle, we have set up a Cradle to Cradle® Model Office on the 21st floor.

The Messeturm Basel stands at 105 meters high – making it the third tallest tower in Switzerland.
